Puja Kumari - "From Rag Picking to Resort Administration"

Puja, a young adult from BGVS Rainbow Home, has achieved a remarkable transformation. Once accompanying her father on rag-picking trips, Puja is now an office administrator at DGV Resort in Silvassa. With the support of BGVS and Pratham Education Foundation, she completed a 45-day diploma course in F&B services + MOA. Puja credits her success to the holistic approach of Rainbow Home, which provided her with education, life skills training, and unconditional love. From being unaware of reading and writing to passing 12th grade with a second division, Puja's journey is a testament to the power of support and determination. She's now inspiring her family, with her parents becoming more aware and responsible, and her younger sisters pursuing education.
