About Our Partner Organisation – Rainbow Home India

Gyan Vigyan Samiti Bihar, in collaboration with the Rainbow Home India (RHI) Program, provides non-custodial, residential, comprehensive, and long-term care for children who were formerly living on the streets. This initiative introduces a compassionate and inclusive model for integrating vulnerable children into society by offering them safe shelter, access to education, and emotional support.

Currently, 50 children in Patna are being supported through the Rainbow Home Program. The initiative aspires to reach many more street-connected children—restoring their childhood and nurturing them into responsible, caring, and empowered citizens.

The program ensures these children access their rights in safe, loving, and open residential care homes, often located within government school buildings. It is committed to creating a stable environment where each child can grow, learn, and thrive with dignity and hope.

Through this collaboration, Gyan Vigyan Samiti Bihar reaffirms its dedication to child welfare and inclusive development—extending its grassroots commitment to building a just and compassionate society starting with its most vulnerable children.
